电泳超滤系统简介中英对照版

Ultrafilters -超滤机:Ultrafilter (UF) system designs should be obtained from UF membrane suppliers. The system should be designed to provide a minimum 3.0 gallons per minute of ultrafiltrate for each 100 ft.2/minute of coatable surface area. The ultrafilter has two purposes: it supplies adequate ultrafiltrate to operate a closed-loop rinse  system, and it purges paint of water-soluble impurities. 超滤器系统的设计要从超滤膜供应厂获得,系统要设计成能为100平方英尺/分的涂装面积提供3.0加仑/分的超滤液,超滤有两个目的:为有效闭路冲洗系统供应充足的超滤液和净化漆中水溶性杂质。 Ultrafiltrate discharge should be treated like other electrocoat disposal wastes. Lost ultrafiltrate from purging should be replaced with fresh DI water. 排放的超滤液要与其它电泳废水一样处理,净化排放的超滤液损失量要用新鲜的去离子水补充。 The ultrafiltrate holding tank, if built of mild steel, should be coated with the same materials as the storage tank to prevent vapor-phase corrosion. The tank may also be made of stainless steel or fiberglass. In any case, the tank should overflow by gravity to the all ultrafiltrate rinses and electrocoat bath. 如果用低碳钢制造超滤液储用槽要涂环氧材料以防止气相符时,亦可用不锈钢或玻璃钢制成。无论如何,超滤液储槽都应设计能靠重力溢流至所有超滤液循环冲洗槽和电泳槽。 The ultrafiltrate normally returns to the tank by way of rinses. However, piping should be designed to permit return of the permeate from the ultrafilter directly to the paint tank. If ultrafilters are to operate while paint is in storage, piping must be capable of returning permeate directly to the holding tank. 超滤液一般是沿冲洗途径返回到电泳槽中。然而,也要设计能使渗透液从超滤器直接返回到点泳槽的管路,如果槽液在转移槽,超滤装置仍运行,这管路必须能使超率液直接返回到转移槽中。 Ultimately, ultrafilters lose capacity; however, flux rate can be recovered through appropriate cleaning. The ultrafilter should be sized to provide 3.0 gallons per minute of ultrafiltrate for each 100 ft.2 /minute of coatable surface area even when flux rate is at low level. 超滤装置会因颜料堵塞超滤膜以至渗透液生产量下降,此时如果通过适当清洗,流量可得到恢复。但超滤装置的规格必须大一些,即使在低的渗透量时也可为每100平方英尺/分得涂装面积供应3.0加仑/分的超滤液。 Cleaning should occur before ultrafilters drop below 70% of rated capacity. 超滤装置流量下降到设计流量的70%之前,就应进行清洗。
